📋 Role Description: As Officer of the Day, you’ll serve as a friendly and helpful presence, ferrying members and guests across the harbour using the club’s courtesy shuttle. This volunteer role supports our community by helping with transportation between docks and the clubhouse, especially during busy times or when parking is limited. Your responsibilities include: Operating the shuttle safely and courteously. Greeting members and guests and assisting with boarding. Logging trips or encouraging riders to scan the QR code to track usage. Communicating with staff if assistance is needed. Requirements: A valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC). Confidence operating the club whaler in a safe and courteous manner. Your time and presence help keep this valued service running smoothly — thank you for volunteering!
