The Commodore will command the squadron, preside at all Board of Governors or general membership meetings and shall be a member of all committees. He or she may call a special meeting at his or her pleasure or must do so if requested in writing by not less than ten Boating Members or three members of the Board.

The Vice Commodore shall assist the Commodore in the discharge of his or her duties and shall act as Commodore in the absence or temporary disability of the Commodore.

The Rear Commodore shall assist the Commodore in the discharge of his or her duties and shall act as Commodore in the absence or temporary disability of both the Commodore and the Vice Commodore. The Rear Commodore shall carry out such other duties as may be directed by the Board of Governors.

The treasurer shall collect, disburse and have custody of all Club funds, keep a complete and accurate record of all transactions and submit an up-to-date report on the financial condition of the Club at all meetings as well as whenever called upon to do so by a member.

The Secretary shall maintain a true and complete copy of all Club proceedings and work closely in conjunction with the Club Treasurer.

The director manages all aspects of the Learn to Sail program for both youth and adult. 

The Fleet Captain shall be responsible for the organization of regattas and boating programs such as our sailing schools.

The House Chair shall be responsible for maintaining our club house.

The Dining & Entertainment Director shall be responsible for overseeing the catering company and its contract with the club. He or She will oversee the clubs entertainment for our events.

The Yard Chair shall be responsible for direction boats in and out order of lift and placement in the yard. Unsafe cradles, as determined by the Yard Chairman, may result in the refusal by the Club to provide either crane service or storage or both.

The Dock Chair shall be responsible for the organization of slip assignments and overall maintenance and repairs of our docks.

The Membership & Communications Director shall be responsible to keep an up to date list of members and their class of membership together with their addresses. He or she shall notify members of meetings or other Club events and prepare or answer mail at the direction of the Club officers.

The Director at Large participates in board meetings, contributes expertise, and votes, but doesn't have a specific role or portfolio. They are often assigned tasks by The Flag based on their skills.
