Important Billing Dates
Boating Membership Dues: Invoiced November 1st and due December 1st.
Dock Fees: Invoiced November 1st along with Boating Membership Dues and a $500 dock deposit is due December 1st.
* The remainder of the dock invoice is due April 1st.
Winter Storage Fees: Invoiced July 1st and due August 1st.
Summer storage Fees: Invoiced May 1st and due June 1st.
Social Membership Dues: Invoiced September 1st and due October 1st.

NOTES
Membership Coverage: All membership dues include the member’s spouse or live-in partner.
Voting Rights:
• Full Boating Members are entitled to one vote per membership.
• Co-Owner Members do not have voting rights; only the designated Full Boating Member may vote.
• A Full Boating Member may own multiple boats but retains only one vote. Dock and storage fees apply per the fee schedule.
• Dock Deposits: Deposits for dock space are refundable if cancelled prior to the invoiced due date.
Boat Storage Policy:
• Long-term storage is discouraged.
• Boats may remain on the hard for a maximum of one full year.
• Storage beyond one year requires approval from the Board.
PRO-RATING FEES
• Boating membership fees will be pro-rated from the date of membership approval by the Board, based on a fiscal year beginning November 1st.
• Social Membership Fees will be pro-rated for the 1st year only from the date of membership approval by the BOD. If approved after April 1st , then pro-rated fees apply in addition to a full year membership for the following year.
• Dock Fees and Summer Storage Fees pro-rated in a similar manner based on a 6-month period beginning May 1st.
• Winter Storage Fees are pro-rated in a similar manner based on a 6-month period beginning November 1st .
**HST will be added to all Fees and Services.
