The AGM is specified by the DYC Constitution and Minutes are a formal record of the club position and outlook. This year’s meeting will review and approve the Minutes from 2019. The evening presents an opportunity for us, as members, to work together to maintain transparency and keep the lines of communication open. Updates will be provided on many important financial and member-related issues. We will also be offering a question and answer period to address any issues of concern, regarding club services, growth, future development and the construction in the harbour.
Topics we will be addressing are:
- Finance results for Fiscal year 2019-20
- Available on the members only area of the DYC website.
- Outlook & Opportunities for next year
- Introduce the 2020 Flag Officers and Board of Directors
- Acknowledgements to retiring Board members
As we are now in a new fiscal year we ask that you visit the club website, navigate to the membership tab, and sign into the Members Area to confirm or update your personal profile and a picture, and update your insurance policy etc.
